What We Believe
- The eternal existence of One True God.
- The Creation, test and fall of man, as recorded in Genesis; His total spiritual depravity and inability to attain to divine righteousness.
- The Lord Jesus Christ, conceived of the Holy Spirit was born of the Virgin Mary, the one and only Son of God, sacrificed on the cross for the forgiveness of man’s sins.
- Christ died was buried, and rose again the third day .
- The salvation of sinners by Grace, through faith alone in the perfect and sufficient work of Christ on our behalf upon the cross of Calvary excluding all human merit.
- Water baptism of believers by immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matthew 3, Matthew 28:18-20
- The baptism of the Holy Spirit as enumerated in Acts, being exercised and practiced as manifest in the early Church. There was a distinct separation between the water baptism for repentance taught in the gospels by John the Baptist and the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the promise of the Holy Spirit referred to in Acts 1:4-8.
- The partaking of the Lord's Supper, as a memorial for believers to be performed often as a remembrance of Jesus. I Corinthians 11:17-34
- The healing of the body by Divine Power of the Holy Spirit as manifested and documented in the early Church.
- The eternal life of the believer and the eternal punishment of the unbeliever.
- The Spirit-filled life of separation from the world, and the perfecting of holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian faithfulness and love. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are for the Body of Christ; it is the same yesterday, today, and forever. It will manifest itself as the Lord sees fit for the building up of the saints. 1 Cor.12
- The reality, personality, and craftiness of Satan and demons.
- The reality and ministry of holy angels.
- The personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ for His Church.
